Privacy Policy

We process your uploaded PDFs only to extract transactions, let you review them, and return accounting-ready exports. PDFs sit in encrypted storage and you can delete them at any time from the dashboard.

Data we collect

Account email and (optionally) name.
Uploaded PDFs and their extracted transactions.
Stripe customer ID for billing.
Basic request logs (IP, user-agent) for abuse prevention.

Supabase (database + storage)
BAI / configured AI extraction provider (PDF parsing)
Stripe (payments)
Resend (transactional email)
Vercel (hosting)

AI processing

Uploaded PDFs may be sent to the configured AI extraction provider solely to parse transaction data. We do not use your documents to train Bank2Excel models, and PDF passwords are used only for the current conversion request.

Deletion

You can delete converted files from the dashboard. Deleting a file removes the stored PDF and extracted transaction rows associated with that document.
